Beenleigh Blitz Basketball Club has a long established history of servicing the local community.
Teaching our children the importance of teamwork and accountability.
These fundamental teachings help shape and inform their lives well after basketball finsihes.
By creating better human beings for our local community we help our community grow positively.

Lead from experience
Our Head Coach and Director of the basketball programme, Arthur Williams, brings with him more than 40 years of experience in the sport, both as a player and as a coach at high levels. He has guided teams to success, including leading an U14 side to an undefeated State Championship title. Arthur is now dedicated to supporting our basketball programme, working closely with local coaches and players to help them develop and perform at their best.
Undefeated State Champion
Multiple undefeated years at state champions. Proves Coach Williams is not talk, but can demonstrate a proven track record of domination over his multiple year career in leading basketball teams of all levels and all ages.
Playing Experience
Years of playing at high levels in the sport has helped Coach Williams establish a strong connection to the game with the ability to physically demonstrate key skills at all levels of the sport.

Our President has devoted their entire life to the enrichment of Children.
When she’s not working directly with children during their day job.
Our President spends their free time ensuring that our program runs smoothly.
So that even more children can have the opportunity to be a part of our club.

Although we wish for our athletes to achieve the highest level they can achieve, it is our presidents position that first and foremost the our children will be cared for and respected. Our children deserve to not only get the opportunity to engage with basketball, but to feel safe, and supported during that time.
